• What areas does Smart Sparks cover?

We primarily cover South Dublin but we also work in Dublin City centre and now North Dublin too.• What are your normal hours of business?

Monday to Saturday (8am – 5pm) are our normal working hours. We offer an out-of-hours call out service too

• Do you offer an Emergency call out service?

Yes, we have offer a 24 hour emergency service. Call us on 087 9000108.

• When can I expect a call back or email response?

If for some reason we are unable to answer your call, we will ring you back you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within a few hours.

• What are your call out fees?

We offer free estimates for any electrical query you might have. Call out fee is €65 including V.A.T. @ 13.5% V.A.T.

Emergency and out of hours call charge is €75 including 13.5% V.A.T.

Payments are strictly within 30 days of completion of the work. We accept cash, cheque and online EFT payments and a receipt will be insued after payment.

*Please note for larger jobs we require 40% deposits (with a receipt given) to cover material costs.

• How soon can Smart Sparks call out to my home/place of business?

We, at Smart Sparks, know that every customer is different and we will therefore arrange a time that suits you to visit your home or business. We aim to provide a prompt and punctual response.

• How long will it take for the job to be done?

Every job is different, most jobs will be done within the first hour, some will take a few hours if there are a few things to do and then bigger jobs like rewiring a house can take up to a week or even two depending on how large the house is.

• Can I rely on Smart Sparks for follow-up work if necessary?

Absolutely! We will always finish what we start and we pride ourselves on our quality standards and customer care which is reflected in our levels of repeat business.

• Are you registered with RECI?

Yes. We are RECI registered meaning that we operate at the highest Irish standards and we test and sign off on all of our work, giving you, our valued customer, the best service possible.

• Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes. We are currently fully insured by Arachas Insurance.
